Lola was found as a stray and brought to the shelter. The shelter’s vet noticed some odd behaviors that may be neurological in nature. So she was deemed “rescue only.” We pulled her into Nobody’s Perfekt Dogs Rescue. After ruling out a lot of potential causes of her mildly odd gait (ataxia), and rarely some spinning behavior if she gets too over stimulated, it is likely neurological that will just need to be observed over time.

Otherwise most of Lola’s temperament/behaviors are classic Boston Terrier: super friendly giving everybody she meets some loving. She can be a little high strung at times - darting, jumping around. Lola is fine with other dogs and would likely do okay with cats, but she is very people-focused. She probably wouldn’t bond with another dog in the home, but could live with another dog(s).

Please note that we don’t adopt any of our dogs out to homes with children under the age of 13.
